A clear privacy page for a simple purchase tracker.

Shopper's Tally is a personal spending tracker for recording purchases, organizing expense categories, monitoring budgets, setting spending goals, reviewing purchase history, and checking simple reports.

The website is public information only. It does not include registration, login, account creation, account dashboards, protected pages, payment portals, or banking features.

What information does Shopper's Tally collect?

No personal information collected through normal use

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

No precise location collection

Shopper's Tally does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

No third-party sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, sold, rented, or used for tracking.

Technical protocol data

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, temporary technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.

Data Retention

Normal app use

No server-side personal data retention

BRIKSTONE does not retain personal information from normal Shopper's Tally app use because the Application does not collect, log, or store such information.

Local records

Purchase records stay device-side

Any purchase amounts, categories, budget goals, spending totals, purchase history, report preferences, notes, or local app settings are intended to remain on the user's device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Responsible-use notice

Shopper's Tally is a personal spending tracker and budget awareness utility. It is not a bank, financial institution, accounting service, investment app, tax software, payment processor, loan service, credit product, insurance product, shopping marketplace, ecommerce store, payroll system, crypto wallet, or professional bookkeeping platform. It does not replace banks, accountants, tax advisors, official financial records, legal advice, investment advice, debt advice, or personal judgment.

Data Deletion

Delete local app data

Since Shopper's Tally does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device. Local records can also be cleared from the device if the app provides a local data management option.

Voluntary contact data

If you contact BRIKSTONE directly and voluntarily provide information by email or another contact channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@brikstone.ink.

Consent withdrawal

If processing of voluntarily provided information is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. BRIKSTONE does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. BRIKSTONE applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Changes

BRIKSTONE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Where required by law, material changes will be handled with appropriate notice or consent.
